Jody Barton has been a licensed attorney for more than 20 years. He practices in both state and federal courts and has represented clients in family law, personal injury, criminal defense, and contract/business negotiations. He has also spent a significant amount of time representing low-income clients in a variety of civil rights issues including; disability law, prisoner rights, free speech, and police brutality cases. Mr. Barton’s focus is on identifying the client’s needs and using all the tools available to ensure the best possible outcome.
Jody Barton is also very active in the community. Enjoying yoga, soccer, and a little acting on the side.
